Cause

The Charleswood Active Living Centre is a thriving community focal point where mature adults come together for services and activities which enhance their dignity, support their independence and encourage their involvement in and with the community. In addition to a wide variety of fitness and active living classes, we offer health promotion sessions, social and recreational programs and creative activities. We act as an information hub for seniors and provide speakers and educational sessions on topics pertinent to our older adult community as well as opportunities for members to come together in a friendly, warm and accessible environment.

Through fundraising such as this 50/50, we are hopeful we can continue to operate our facility and provide low cost or no cost services to our members. We are committed to remaining accessible and providing services beneficial to many mature adults.
