Charleswood Senior Centre Raffle Rules and Conditions

50/50 raffle winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales.

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Manitoba physically located in Manitoba or a resident of another province but physically located in Manitoba during the purchase.

The draw is done using random number generator software.

The winning ticket number and winner’s name will be posted online at the raffle website following the draw.

Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days with follow-up calls for three subsequent days if there is no response.

Prize must be claimed at the Charleswood Active Living Centre within 30 days of the draw. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the draw, Charleswood Active Living Centre will retain ownership of the prize.

Winners must provide first name, last name and mailing address and provide photo identification upon claiming prize.

A single entry can only win a single prize.

Raffle tickets are not eligible for tax receipts.

Cause

The Charleswood Active Living Centre is a thriving community focal point where mature adults come together for services and activities which enhance their dignity, support their independence and encourage their involvement in and with the community. In addition to a wide variety of fitness and active living classes, we offer health promotion sessions, social and recreational programs and creative activities. We act as an information hub for seniors and provide speakers and educational sessions on topics pertinent to our older adult community as well as opportunities for members to come together in a friendly, warm and accessible environment.

Through fundraising such as this 50/50, we are hopeful we can continue to operate our facility and provide low cost or no cost services to our members. We are committed to remaining accessible and providing services beneficial to many mature adults.
